Our success is down to you. Your hard work means we meet targets. We recognise this by awarding a discretionary bonus* based on several things: how the business is going; how well you’re doing in your role and your base salary. If you haven’t worked for us for a whole year, your bonus will be calculated pro-rata.
*Please note, if you are on a fixed term contract and your contract terminates prior to the payment date in July, you will not be eligible to receive a bonus payment.
