Marks and Spencer used a trigger system to support sick pay. Staff are entitled to the first day pay providing they haven't had a prior sick day in the last 12 weeks.
They will do anything not to pay you they might even kill you so they don't have to
Get paid if you are off sick if you are permanent staff, but those who are temporary have do not get paid
after 6 months service sick pay package is excellent
Only permanent staff will benefit from sick pay
Sick pair was fair, think it was around 6 months full pay or something.
i didn't receive a sick pay so i will be unable to give any relevant information at this point as i was not receiving any.
They pay you for sick pay as long as you call in the morning before your shift. Just follow company procedures.
they offersick pay but you cannot be ill regularly or they make you feel as if youve done somthing wrong. The policy is awful and unfair on staff members.
Sick pay up to 26 weeks depending on length of service. But expect to be harassed while off sick & expect to be called in for meetings regarding length of absence. Their favourite fraise is I'm not sure how long we can sustain this length of absence.... I'd worked there 19 years, been off 4 weeks with a bleed on the brain from a traumatic head injury!
