    its ok unless you have an underline illness and you have to miss work a lot.the triggers are awful and you could lose bonuses and pay rises

    Sick pay is paid up to a maximum of 13 weeks in a 12 month period however, you will be sanctioned if you have more than 8 shifts of absence within a 13 week period

    They are very understanding of different needs for leave, although if you do have a long-standing health issue then this is best revealed at interview. This helps avoid "triggers" for multiple absences.
