Its good, 20% discount and just all round brilliance
Best thing is that employees get 20 percent off all products across the departments that the company offers. Also, all staff gets every year in July yearly bonuses, depending on the contracted hours.
M&s choices is great for buying phone contracts also being able to buy up to 7 extra holidays on top of the 21 we already allocated is great. Tech for home is another one which the cost of the tech is spread out on. 6 -12 basis with no interest payments

The holiday allowance is good, and if you are permanent you do get sick pay. However we are not really told much about things like the insurance, save as you earn, etc
