You get 20% off staff discount, which is good. You get a pension plan which is beneficial for future purposes. However, if you stay within the company for too long there will never ever be progression in your career. They do not set a guide when the graduate vacancies are open as some graduates are looking for to the graduate scheme. Also staff do take advantage of you if your good at your job and can work at a quicker pace.
