4 week holiday provision when over a year's employment, wages were mainly kept down, managers failed to provide quarterly meetings on performance, improvement and avoided passing information on career progression and improvement.
You get a discount card which is alright and on Christmas you get to pick some food out for discounted prices. Management are really pissy about time off even in advance, they expect way too much.
You get many perks with M&S, deals with discount on cinema tickets, cash plans for healthcare (optical care & dental care), discounted hotels, mobile plans and more. You also get in-store discount of 20% at M&S which is fantastic. Could be improved on private healthcare plans as the current plan offered doesn't include GP access or other perks offered by companies such as vitality. Gym membership deals also look good but aren't offered near me. Otherwise, fantastic.
20% staff discount, pension option
If you are sick during probation (even if it's an on going illness) the will dismiss you. You have no rights until two years into employment. I had my dismissal overturned but because of what I said at the meeting they took this as me resigning.... Awful HR and treat employees terribly
