Holiday allowance is generous - 4.6 weeks in your first year, rising to 5.6 in your second year, and 6.6 weeks after 10 years. Company discount is 20% off all M&S branded goods and branded Beauty items. Membership of the PERKS website. Choices windows twice a year - you can buy additional holiday (subject to Line Manager authorisation for when you want to take it), various electronics, car hire/purchase, childcare vouchers; all monies are taken direct from your pay, essentially on credit, but without interest.

you get a 20% off discount card which is cool, as its quite an expensive store, but they also increase sometimes on special occasions

To be honest, I was only working there part time so did not fully explore all the benefits that were on offer. Although a 20% off card for myself and one family member was pretty great as it meant we could shop there more regularly than we normally did.

Holidays are easy to sort out and manage. Some of the benefits are only for permanent staff - so any staff thats been there under a year-ish cannot receive bonuses that they have helped their team get.

I did not receive any benefits as I was a part time student at the time. However I enjoyed cheaper canteen food and a comfortable common room.
