You get a discount card which is alright and on Christmas you get to pick some food out for discounted prices. Management are really pissy about time off even in advance, they expect way too much.

You also get in-store discount of 20% at M&S which is fantastic. Could be improved on private healthcare plans as the current plan offered doesn't include GP access or other perks offered by companies such as vitality. Gym membership deals also look good but aren't offered near me. Otherwise, fantastic.

The staff discount is available to all staff irrespective of number of hours worked. It can be used on most items, often including sale and reduced price stock.
If you are sick during probation (even if it's an on going illness) the will dismiss you. You have no rights until two years into employment. I had my dismissal overturned but because of what I said at the meeting they took this as me resigning.... Awful HR and treat employees terribly
