‘Very poor pay harmonisation with same roles’
Fully comprehensive benefits package can't complain
Pensions are good but maternity is terrible
There is a lot on offer from gym options, different pension types, extra holidays. Exclusive discounts at shops/retail places.
Decent amount of holidays and bank holidays. Endless options for benefits due to our sister company Mercer. Great pension contribution and share scheme.
The benefits package at Marsh is extremely strong providing you with life insurance, private med care allowance, a pension with a good pay in from the employer and a large range of discounts from retail stores to long distance travel, phone contracts and memberships.
Best : healthcare and pension are fantastic, as well as ability to purchase holiday.
Easy to use benefits system and a comprehensive package available which puts lifestyle and healthcare of employees at the forefront
Pension scheme culled, which is why many people joined in the first place. Health care when switched from BUPA to Simply Health has become woeful. Car scheme completely full of problems and is being culled as well. Therefore, flexible benefits scheme is not in reality what it sounds like.
Pension fund, Health Insurance, Life Insurance
The cycle to work scheme is excellent but it is not made clear during induction and you have to guess your way around it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
