Good flex benefits package, so most benefits can be purchased. Holiday - length of service award takes about 10 years to get to the maximum of 25 days!
For a pension / employee benefits company the benefits are dreadful. The only decent one is the employee share save scheme but only if you plan to stay long term (you won't want to) pension contributions are the lowest they can legally get away with.
They offer a good flexible benefit scheme, but for a pension company the employers pension contribution was too low
Very flexible with time off. Occasional days where CEO says go home early and a lovely 1 hour lunch break. Pension benefits are to auto-enrolment minimums, which is pretty poor.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
