Terrible. Miniumum allowance and have to fight to take the days you want explaining to the MD why he should graciously let you take a day of your paid holiday.
Hard to actually apply for annual leave as employees often had fully valid reasons (eg family bereavement or health checkups) Management would challenge these and often disapprove of annual leave dates that employees were surely entitled to. Often employees would take unpaid sick days off in response to this and end up with management starting rumours and interrogating other staff members of your whereabouts
Never allowed to take it
Best part is not going into that dreadful place. It's minimum holidays of 20 days per year.
