‘You get it paid when you claim it’
Pick and choose whatever fits your lifestyle and needs
Opt in and out benefits so flexible
Easily organised benefits programme and HR team is excellent at delivering them in a clear manner.
Good compensation package! Work from home and maternity leave
Not very attractive or helpful benefit package. The most useful thing is probably a season ticket loan for travel
Benefits are nominal and very discretionary
The best thing about the benefits package is the low ratio if lowest to highest earning partners.
Changed this recently so that all staff get standard 25 days holiday. Pension is poor.
Benefits include the usual railcard, gym membership ect. There is a bonus scheme but this isn't well publicised and is pretty limited. Very good for flexible working.
Great salary, pension scheme contributions and flexible benefits package. Working from home is also very helpful.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
