No pension scheme or decent bonus system. The salary package is not really competitive for what they want
There is only one staff perk that I have is that I get a 10% discount on as staff purchases. No other benefits that I'm aware of
None not had a day off or holiday
The company car was very small - unfit for national travel.
No benefits all you got was 10% staff discount
Pay is poor for level of work expected particularly as a store manager.
There is no perks, basic wage, no overtime pay. 10% staff discount
Pay could be better, progression is rated as good by other managers. Work life balance is good. No incentives for earning more money, there is a colleague staff discount card and also a benefits website, for cheaper holidays etc.
If & when you needed time off you had to organise another member of staff to cover your shift if it wasn't your day off.
Everything is a minimum. From the pension contribution plan to the staff discount and the paid holiday allowance that is dependent on the total hours you work at the branch, there is nothing that is particularly special about the benefits package here.
