The things you get are a 10% store discount, maybe an extra £25 in your pay packet if your store made the most active sells, in other words, sold the most chocolate (unlikely for the majority of staff), and 35 days off a year. Any other benefits I'm unaware of.
staff get a 10% discount with a plus card on certain items and every now and again the company will give us 20% on special occassions
McColl's offers probably the worst benefits for any company I have worked for. 10% items exculding lotto, tobbaco, stamps etc then 20% for two days around speical occasions such a christmas etc and then they offer basic rewards for being top leauge in selling a certain item eg once I recieved £20 for our store toppping the active counter sales targets but this rarely happens as they never send you enough stock
Only basics like pension, maternity leave, 10% discount and basic Holiday allowance
No pension scheme or decent bonus system. The salary package is not really competitive for what they want
There is only one staff perk that I have is that I get a 10% discount on as staff purchases. No other benefits that I'm aware of
None not had a day off or holiday
No benefits all you got was 10% staff discount
There is no perks, basic wage, no overtime pay. 10% staff discount
