Slightly above average benefits for majority of employees (one extra star for me because I'm on an exceptional pension plan no longer offered) Company ethos on benefits is to do 'just enough' and not excel at it. Could do a lot better on soft perks like Employee discount and bring back 'save as you earn' and share options.

Car Allowance is poor but Health Benefits good. Bonus scheme is heavily based on accuracy of forecasting rather than growth of business.
