No health insurance, short breaks, managers treat you badly, long hours, lack of training, working hours not flexible, no cash plan
Good pay holidays and working hours Good insurance and hours Good working environment friendly would recommended. People totally Good like
- Free meal whilst on shift (goes by the name of the 4-point system, for example, a Big Mac with Fries and a Drink is 3 points; you get one extra point for a snack such as a McFlurry). - Free uniform provided - 45-minute break - Advertising of shifts
Staff discount on food for you and one other as well as online staff discounts.
Worst thing is the way you’re treated. Long hours for little recognition. However the flexible working hours were good.
Flexible working hour and employee discount, free meals
Best thing is the free meal while on shift, worse thing is the free meal while on shift at work. The temptation is just too strong. Flexible working is by far the worse as it is used exclusively to justify cutting your hours in the slow time and making you work too much during the busy times.
