Fantastic pension and health cover. No equity until Partner, but quite generous maternity benefits (in UK, after 5 years - not so great if you're less than 5 years tenure). On-site gym with personal trainers and full breakfasts and lunches. Generous salary-sacrifice vacation scheme which allows you to sign up for additional 20 days of vacation a year (full month!) on top of 25 days standard allowance.
Free lunch in the office, good expense limit on projects, health/ medical insurance is good. Pension managed by own internal McKinsey team.
12% non contribution pension. ‘Take time’ option for three months off.
Free meals Free use of basic gym
Pension plan is great. Holidays are minimal - 20 days + between Christmas and NY
