Don't make laugh. Occasional £5 voucher and 25 quid 'incentive'. Really? Do your job and keep it attitude.
Company car can be used for personal use at a set low rate for personal miles which is detected from your monthly wage

There is a private health care scheme but be damned if i know what it is as theres nothing on the intranet. Pension is pretty standard so nothing there The account you work on will determine what your salary and bonusses are, but as a general rule youre looking at 17 to 18k as a territory manager with very poor bonuses. There are a few good accounts where you get a tidy salary of about 21k and get tidy prizes like surface tablets but thats depending on the account.
You get a car where you pay private mileage, but the car has telematics, so it is tracked 24/7 even at weekends, it also red flags you if you go over any speed limit ie 1MPH over 30MPH in a 30 zone, so you can end up worrying and looking at your speedo more than the road. It is used for Auditing as well to check you are where you say you are, I hate it, even at weekends your tracked and if you go over the limit it counts towards your 3 offences allowed each week, if you go over 3 your on a disciplinary. which is not work it for 18K a year.
Pro- car, it's decent but could be better. Cons- no commission, no incentives, no bonus.
