‘The company offers a Standard pension plan ’
‘Very standard employee discount. Provider used is not amazing’
‘The company offers a fairly standard 25 days plus bank holidays ’
The Medivet staff discount scheme is minimal. The benefits scheme is good; staff can get discounts from a range of retailers, including major supermarkets.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Corporate rate health insurance, access to support networks
Medivet has a very basic benefit package
Meaningless “points” scheme of little actual value.
Company perks - Zero No commission on anything at all Not even any staff discounts!!
Minimum required, some work is being done
Lots of discounts and holiday deals.
There are Hapi Benefits where discounts can be achieved at major retailers. A recognition scheme which rewards hard working staff. Subsidised treatments are offered for staff pets.
Annual leave for 20 days not including bank holidays Sick leave 4 days
Staff don't get a discount on veterinary bills, you get 25% back in loyalty points at Medivet. Hills having a staff feeding scheme with Medivet. Points can be collected through extra achievements and sales in order to be spent through a platform similar to the Argos catalogue - personally I am overworked and don't have the time to fill out the form to claim this. £5 cash reward added onto your wages for every healthcare plan set up on your computer log in - I do a lot of the initial selling with clients but I'm never at the desk when it's set up, a solution was to split the branch rewards evenly, something Medivet won't do as its too much work - nice and appreciated incentive not executed effectively. New Medivet 'benefits' - I haven't figured out how this is easy to save money on yet but the introduction to staff just involved trying to sell us healthcare insurance...
