Medical cover and solid remuneration. Generally treat staff really well with socials, lunches and great staff policies.
Free booze on Friday, which is fun
Benefits are basically tea/coffee and biscuits in the office, and fresh fruit delivered two days a week. Working from home is dependent on the team you're in and who your manager is. Some are flexible some aren't. Benefits aren't great at all, no bonus and pay gaps are quite high within the same role.
Standard benefits that you'd typically find in small businesses. Slowly starting to get better ones in.
Free breakfast, with fruit, tea and coffee all day
Really competitive benefits: fruit, toast, spreads, biscuits, drinks early on Friday, company paid for lunch once a month, store discounts, gym discounts, 25 days holiday, cycle to work, bike storage. Ability to buy and transfer unused holidays. Missing private medical, which i believe US counterparts have, subsidised lunch or own gym.
We get free breakfast everyday
Company mobile phone, brand new laptop or tablet for you to choose, takeaway once a month, thirsty fridays where all employees have an alcholic drink at the end of the day, 1 hour lunch break that we all take at the same time, ping pong table and cinema, pension plan, free breakfast, free snacks, choose your desk chair or exercise ball, discounted gym membership, bike scheme, season ticket loan.
Free food + beer, great socials, generous gym/fitness deals
As employees of Periscopix, we feel very valued and taken care of. Free breakfast everyday, fresh fruits, company mobile phone, 25 days paid holidays, etc.
