- Pension Plan(11 comments)
‘Like that there is a pension plan, but Merlin makes the legal minimum contribution unless you are above a certain job grade, and even then it’s only a few extra %. This signals that the company really doesn’t care about you staying long term, and contributes to high turnover. Similar companies will either match contributions or just contribute double, triple, or even quadruple what Merlin does’
- Job Training(10 comments)
‘Regular lifeguard training (mandatory) and the paid for your requalification each two years’
Private health insurance only available if you are grade A-C
Free tickets to other attractions annually
Free tickets are great, access to other discounts and offers which are good too. Discount on LEGO which is fab
Flexible working policy and hybrid working
Very very flexible, helpful and 40 free merlin attraction tickets per year.
Great that you get free tickets but not great employee discount. That’s about the extent of benefits
Free tickets to attractions globally
Really good perks, especially for young people without commitments.
- 40% off Lego - 25% off gift shops
Good perks like free tickets to attractions. Would do well to include a package that offers more outside of the organisation
