Pay is average although total reward package is very competitive
Pension is best. Pay is low
Crap benefits. They list free water in their benefits package!
no perks at all. All been taken away.
The best is the generous annual leave allowance, and the pension. The worst is the basic pay package, with salaries very modest for the qualifications and skills required for some jobs.
Good amount of time off (27.5 days initially, rising to 32 after 5 years service). Childcare vouchers and cycle to work scheme benefits are utterly useless to me, so that's a bit of a waste of time. There is an employee discounts scheme, where you log in to an online portal (xecec), and you can get discounts on high street brands. Also, depending in what department you work in, they are very flexible about when you come to work. Personally, I work 7:30-16:00 no problem. Others come in later. The latest I know of is a guy that comes in at 10:30 most days, so it's pretty loose!
