‘Sick pay at Mindshare is fair’
‘I know it's available, but I had no need so can't tell more about it.’
Great private health scheme, pension and work environment
401k benefits given by the company
You get an onsite GP that comes in every 2 weeks. Every other bonus can be found more or less anywhere else.
Flexible working, basic health insurance, £20 for hobbies/self development activities
Best: free bar once a month, access to Sanctus coaching and £20 gym membership contribution, annual train ticket loans Worst: Small Christmas gift card bonus isn't anything to look forward to, sick pay is 20 days then moves to statutory, so should you fall critically ill or be hospitalised for longer than that you will go on to statutory.
Training/Education opportunities, supported lunch, extra days off between Christmas and New Year's Eve, Birthday Day off, Bicycle storage and showers, Rooftop terrace,
Good holiday allowance, shut between Christmas and NY and birthday off
There is nothing to benefit from or at management discretion expect from the free bar
Great company benefits, very professional
