Whether your child's ill, you're waiting for a package, or you have some deep-focussed work to do, we all work from home (or café) from time to time. We encourage everyone to work from home every other Friday to keep us remote-friendly - we record our all-hands meeting so you can stream it or catch up later.
I am 100% work at home as are 37% of the company (aprox)
Given an Apple laptop and £200 to set up a desk/chair. No commute. Regular monthly socials with other members of staff to meet up.
Very flexible in my experience. No need to track or log that I am working from home, just to notify my team
