It's a good company to work with, flexible benefits, get to work in a lot different projects worldwide. Salaries could be better.

Good discounted rates for all benefits. You can only add and/or remove benefits once a year.
Good things: pension scheme is matched up to 7% and you get extra benefits like discounted cinema tickets. Worst thing: Only 22 days annual leave in junior and mid-level positions though you can ‘buy’ additional annual leave if you wish.
Good selection of benefits although potentially not as competitive compared to other engineering consultancies. Flexible leave and pension are good.
