I think the NHS should give their annual leave in whole days than in hours that would make more sense to me and it would help to avoid confusion.
25 days if new, 30 days after multiple years of service
I was paid in lieu of holiday.
Annual leave that increases with service
We get a total of 28 days annual leave which is really good and we can plan ahead and request the days we would like off.
Good although pay is low so could be better
you do not get annual leave as a contractor, but it is about 25 days per annum for the substanstive staff
Plenty of days but can only take if not on call, therefore limiting your flexibility.
I have 6 weeks per year The worst is you can't take more than 2weeks
depending on days worked is equivalent to a certain amount of days annual leave
