The people are different and not everyone likes flexible working. I do like flexible working for two reasons: First- I can do relaxing shopping,leisure during working days when is not so busy in the shops,streets and the beach in Bournemouth. Second -giving me ability to cope,to adapt to situational demands and be flexible which on reduce anxiety and stress.
