    6 months full pay 6 months half pay when sick. Downside is that most sickness taken is a result of stress from the job. Flexibility for working is available. A fair amount of annual leave offered. Maternity leave applicable.

    As a male paternity leave is given for two weeks however if you have worked under 52 weeks then you will not be paid

    Paternity leave is standard in the NHS but no different to other employers whether public sector or private sector.

    Haven't had to use it but I hear it's very good and paretns are well catered for flexible working when they return to work
