    I had the privilege to have two weeks of paternity leave off when my son was born, for this I feel it's a good gesture.

    As a male paternity leave is given for two weeks however if you have worked under 52 weeks then you will not be paid

    Paternity leave is standard in the NHS but no different to other employers whether public sector or private sector.
