best part is that they accommodate you as much as possible but not as much as they do with their native employers. Moreover, workload is lot less than underdeveloped countries which favours this environment
The NHS has a full understanding of why and how sick pay is required. It has knowledge of illness and what the potential out come off a particular illness
Sick pay is standard for this organisation, but return to work process is daunting and letters are quite harshly worded.
Sick pay is good if you are not one of a recurring off sick person that goes off sick for very long periods at a time.
The sick pay for some on older contracts is very good however for the new contract employees it’s quite poor
