The NHS is a very good place to start ones nursing career. It provides the basic and good foundation for future growth.
It is really good it really helps with your work life balance cnnot fault it. You can get yourself a blue light card too
Generally good with great support when the need arises
Great staff with a wonderful benefits package. Only been working a month so I’m not too sure about the holidays
great pension, little else as most of the discounts are available through other free platforms anyway. They do occasionally get local businesses involved - hair salon
Worked with a good group of multidisciplinary experts. Benefits were few and far between because it was an internship. However, flexible hours and understanding of my lack of experience at the time was good.
Bonus scheme offered to management, cycle to work schemes, workload was excessive and no empathy towards overworked staff
Good pension and plenty of A/L
Best thing is annual leave worst thing is stressful environment
Salary is low and turnover is high
