    No bonuses of any sort whatsoever. Hard work breeds more as if you get it done they give you a bit more work to do!!

    As a bank worker, you won't have cover for sickness etc. But you can take shifts as they come up and you will get extra pay for Sundays and weekend work.

    There is nothing bad about the NHS benefits. 3-6 months full pay for being ill, half pay after 6 months. Great NHS pension!
