Good level of benefits
The package is farely basic. You need to work for the company for at least five years to get any extra holidays.
NTT can bring many fruits for us every day, this benefit is most efficient for everyone. Great!

There’s a lot, and the health benefit is excellent. 1 week of paternity leave is awful in this day and age. A lot of the benefits are also focused around the head office which doesn’t allow the majority of employees to benefit from
Need to secure your salary early as internal reviews arent significant at times, however the holidays, benefits (health care, pension) are vast

It's all focused towards head office where the HR team sit so don't expect any goodies unless you're in Hampshire.
