    Apart from weekends managers can be pretty flexible with your shifts. However currently rotas are published 3 weeks in advance.

    Good with range of hours they allow- from 6 hrs per week to 40. Can request days you cannot work. However this is sometimes negative as rota only given out weekly it is difficult to plan days when you can go out.

    They generally want you to work as many hours as you can. Sometimes you accept due to pressure from management, and can feel very worn out after 50~ hour weeks, and they don't really consider that.
