You get benefit funding and you can use the money for health care (if you're management you are automatically enrolled), life insurance, shopping vouchers, plus other benefits some at discounted rates, or just take the money as cash.

There is a large benefits package selection to make up for the lower salary levels compared to other banks. Obviously, you are not going to take advantage of every single package as all will not make up you r needs. Rather the higher salary and I can position my own requirements and benefits.
