Depends on manager, but most are ok working with you. whether telecommuting once in a while or changing hours after return to work after maternity leave. Many people do 9 days on- 1 day off

Generally, the flexible working is fantastic, and is only really dependent on your manager. You will almost always be able to work from home wen needed, and sometimes TOIL, 9-day fortnights or part-time working are all options for everyone.
