Lots of holidays for interns (24 days/year)
Really Good Work Life Balance
Overall good relative to industry.
Not great packages for interns. Allows some training if management approved
Nothing to object other than no slack cut from admin if you commit any mistakes or promiscuous acts.
A really engaging HR Team who work to ensure that the benefits package is as good as possible and that all staff are fully aware of what the package entails and how best to optimise the various benefits for their personal use
10% pension allowance on top of your salary + comprehensive health insurance
27 days holiday plus buy/sell extra holiday 10% pension plus they will match anything extra Working from home introduced health and dental care Child care vouchers Sick pay
Benefits are fairly standard for a bank, however working from home isn't widely accepted or encouraged. Season ticket loan and gym membership are useful.
Best thing: hours and holidays Worst: Pay
