Flexible working everyday as long as core hours are met 10am-3pm (pre covid) During covid - very flexible, as long as work is done they are happy

Flexible working is limited and mostly depends on your Line Manager. We are meant to be agile workers but this doesn't really work in theory with limited hot desking opportunities and even if you request flexible hours, you'll find yourself working longer hours anyway

I found Network Rail to be very flexible with working arrangements, but that was largely due to having a great manager. Not everyone was so lucky.
