There was no benefit's package. The benefits were performance based, if you were successful you'd be treated to lunch clubs, holidays, company car and high commission.
I actually don't know what the benefits package includes at the moment, but I know I've gotten it all in my contract. Though, I do know that we (as recruiters) can make much more money, and I do know how.
No advantages whatsoever in that company.
Uncapped commission giving you the possibility to earn a shed tonne of money and treat yourself luxuriously.

The worst thing for me about the benefits are the 20 days holiday. Most companies have around the 23-25 mark and these can go quickly. Especially when you have relocated and would like to go home more.
great benefits and earnings available but you won't have a life outside of work. some people thrive in this environment others don't
The package was not specified at all before or after the recruitment process by any member of staff.
