Compressed working hours, good pension and health insurance
Limited range of benefits available
All the insurances are solid in the field and they used to give unlimited money to students but not anymore which kind of stinks
Pay is decent, but doesn't increase much once in the company unless promoted, overall package is slightly below standard as far as options and flexibility but is actively being looked into
Non contribution pension for existing employees goes up to 12% of salary. New employees will get a contribution pension that matches I think up to 5%. Existing employees also work 37.5 hours a week to new employees 40 hours a week.
Pension is not competitive, not options for stocks or bonuses in line with competitors.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
