The base pay for a personal trainer here is not anything extraordinary compared to other gyms and health companies, however... The amount of knowledge and professional learning that is on offer here more than makes up for the fact (Note: I did work in a corporate environment where there were plenty of willing PT clients). Also, per private PT session - the pay rate was much better than the percentage that you generally receive from other establishments.
