We offer competitive salaries, bonuses, a pension and 23 days’ holiday a year (pro rata). Then there are flexible benefits you can pick and choose from to create the package that’s just right for you.

    There are a good range of standard and flexible benefits open to employees of all grades, with the opportunity to 'flex' the flexible benefits at the end of each year, or when a life changing event (e.g. marriage, birth of a child, death) occurs. Some of the benefits available on the 'flexible' scheme are not even listed in the Glassdoor survey!
