    O2's flexible benefits are really easy to manage via a website and include the option to pay towards dental care and even a study fund that O2 contributes towards. The O2 pension is on the generous side - their contribution is more than double what you put it at the higher levels. The employee deals on phones and tablets are also good.

    The best thing was that you got paid money just for doing your job. The worst bit was that it went off the stores percentage, rather than an individual so sometimes you felt more pressured and carrying the store to get your bonus.

    Quarterly bonus is dependant on store performance, not individual which there are pros and cons for. BeBrilliant system is excellent for personal rewards, points for making certain sales, certain brands etc and points can be redeemed for gift cards etc

    all employees get a staff plan , when taken with a phone then they will only be charged for said phone but will still receive 30 GB of data + unlimited calls and texts.
