Holiday buy scheme, you can buy up to an additional five days of holiday per year. You also get another full week of holiday if you get married and an extra day for your birthday.
Best: 4% on top of salary to spend of variety of things. I take £2,120 in tech vouchers to spend on a mac, phone, Apple Watch etc Worst: loads of free food and drink in the office and at parties so hard to diet! ;)
Performance related bonuses, 4% flexible benefits to spend on lifestyle benefits including ISA or buying extra days holiday, 25 days holiday + 1 for your birthday, 3% matched contribution to pension, amazing socials, gym on site (£10/month incl classes) & free breakfast!
26 days holiday per year with a flexible 4% benefit scheme which enables you to buy or sell up to 5 days of holiday. You can also get a healthcare scheme or a tech scheme, both of which are excellent value. The cycling scheme is a waste of money, and the system used to pick and choose your benefits is poorly designed and baffling. The pension scheme is excellent and flexible. HR are pretty slow when you pass probation at making you eligible for the flexible benefits (it took 2 months for them to process it!!!) which is pretty poor.
Free breakfast in the centre of Bristol has a cycle to work scheme and an on-site gym
free breakfast and gym onsite
Perks and childcare vouchers are available as part of the 4% flex benefits, as are bike to work and tech options
We have access to computer scheme and two bonuses a year. Worst thing is that the work parties arent always available to all when we are working.
Can buy extra holiday each year
Flexible benefits, free tech scheme, healthcare cashback plan, free lunch on friday
