‘During the COVID-19 epidemy, they could send people at home. But they didn't.’
‘Standard bike to work scheme’
Good perks, free food on Friday and free breakfast everyday.
Company perks include free breakfast (toast/cereal) and fruit, teas and coffees etc. Subsidised Friska cafe as well. Subsidised on site gym is a good addition too. Older perks such as monthly socials were scrapped in favour of quarterly, which were also scrapped. These were a good way to socialise with colleagues and it's a shame they stopped.
Not great package so can’t comment
Cash salary, healthy bonus, free travel to London (on expenses) and share options.
Bonus wasn't paid despite them pushing it as a reason to join
Sick stops after 10 days
Free breakfast, gym in office, half price food in internal cafe, can buy extra holiday
Good company really take care of their staff, call centre with a bit of charm and charisma
You cant guarantee you'll get a bonus every quarter and there's an odd tier system it's worked out on not just your statistics as an agent
Best: Genuinely flexible working hours and performance bonuses Worst: Unfortunately in the London office we don't have an onsite gym like the Bristol HQ does
