If you have more than 2 or 3 days absent days you will gain sick pay. This is something I haven't got much experiance in as I've only been absent for 1 day since being at Ocado due to snow

Sick pay is very basic. Doesn't cover much at all.
Its good to be ackowlged and receive this when unwell
Dont get sick pay for one day of, only get it if you take more than 3 days off but need proff of sickeness
