‘Pensions in the UK are a joke in general and Ocado is no different. I should only need a state pension to get by in retirement, Not have to buy a second pension to supplement the government one. Effectively you're having to pay for two pensions. It's pathetic in a country this rich.’
Recently substantially improved parental leave offer. Pretty impressive offering for a UK employer, and great for workers with families.
Good benefits package - comparable to some other companies
15% discount is good for me
Staff were great, travel was not
Practical benefit: 15% off per Ocado delivery
Bonuses are paid in shares that can only be cashed in 3 years down the line and are taxed, or after 4 years to avoid tax, and then you're at the whim of the stockmarket for how much your bonus is worth. If the stockmarket has gone down by the time you cash them in then your bonus is smaller. It's nonsense. Bonuses should be paid in cash.
There's a wide range of benefits to choose from.
Health insurance, discount on ocado site. Pension
I think the benefits are great never had things like this before, so just to have what they offer is great
It was a good package over all
