‘always covered my sick leave’
Brilliant company to work for
12% matching if you contribute 4% towards a personal pension.
Generous pension contribution and health schemes including Gymflex. Recharge days (paid time-off) is well received and holidays are fair. Medical scheme is easy to navigate especially working remotely and access to Dr at hand
Flexible working - and laid back managers
Hi all! I’m considering b school but am not sure whether or not I should go for it. I currently work at OW and am looking to stay for awhile and maybe try out MBB / something else in the future. I went to a top 50 uni but nothing close to M7. If OW can sponsor my b school I’m thinking that it would be a great opp…lmk your thoughts :)
Middle East Consultants
What are some good exit opportunities in Dubai you could think of? Currently OW dubai. Want wlb and stay here long term so don’t mind a pay cut. Still, options / varieties of exit op seem limited. Would be good to know your thoughts! Thanks 🐟!
Hi all, I got a good offer for Blackrock FMA. Currently I am an Associate in OW FS. What are your thoughts? On one hand, they seem to do interesting things and there is an opportunity to move into wider Blackrock over time, however they are quite specialized.
I received an offer from Bain for the Manager role. Does it make sense to make a transition for the brand value? My goal is to exit consulting in 1-1.5 yrs. Currently, I am an AS1.5 at OW, expecting to progress either to AS3 or Engagement Manager (somewhat unclear at this point) at the EoY. My content focus has been in FS (where Bain is less strong in my country) and Private Equity areas.
Good optional dental cover
Good health insurance, good perks
There is a poor holiday allowance
Best: Flexible benefits to suit you as an individual Worst: Working hours for support staff are too long. Even worse for consultants.
Good coverage from a health insurance and life insurance perspective. The pension scheme is also good compared to other similar sized firms.
Flexibility to work from home; option to buy holidays. Great benefits package overall, although training offering to support professional was quite limited and low in quality.
