Perkbox, Pension, Dress down, work fromhome
When I was there they had introduced Perk Box - and had set up a collaborative area where colleagues could have informal meetings.
No real benefits to speak of. The 'flexible' working is you can start at 8am or 9am it's not real flexitime. Before Covid the idea of working from home was not encouraged, it might be different post Covid.
