Honestly the benefits the company was offering were great. Too many possible options. If I can name 1 bad thing, is that it felt like the company tried to lure employees based mainly on the benefits.
At OpenBet Ltd you start with 25 days annual leave and then that increases to 30 days holiday after two years.
I enjoyed gyming so I benefit from the discount to virgin active within the business park. Otherwise there was nothing else, not even yearly salary bonuses
Fantastic location - inspiring and refreshing business park. Pubs, cafes and 2 starbucks on site + virgin tier 1 gym.
Private health insurance, pension, company parties
Good pension plan, no ticket for lunch.
The best thing is that there are a lot of benefits, mostly small - free soft drinks, bread for toast in the morning etc, free private healthcare, video game systems. Worst is lack of a performance based bonus.
Good pension and life insurance, good price dental and critical illness insurances, half price gym membership. After 2 years of employment 30 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holiday). Work from home can be good, but depends on the internal team and manager.
8% pension contribution is great. Discounted vouchers shopping could be better. Flexible working is useful.
Medical Insurance, Great Private Pension Min 8%, 25 Days Of Holiday, Work From Home, Cycle to Work Scheme, Dental Insurance, Paid Events, Free Snack, Free Fruits and Free Drinks.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
