Zero benefits. Basic pension. Basic holidays. Bonus that is almost impossible to achieve with lots of clawback/rules. Extra hours unpaid but store staff must swipe in and out every day with any shortfall deducted or you work additional hours. There are discounts on glasses but they are so often overpriced to begin with that you still pay more than say Specsaver. minimum lunch break of 30 minutes. Basically legal minimum for just about everything.
