Fairly generous, increasing annual leave and providing ability to buy and sell days, which I valued.
Combination of 'Core' benefits and 'flexible' benefits so each employee can create the benefits package that is right for them. Core benefits include private medical, life assurance, EAP, competitive pension scheme and 25 days holiday per year (in addition to bank holidays).

All employees receive private healthcare through Vitality which gives you access to numerous benefits. These include discounted gym memberships, free cinema tickets, free coffee, retail discounts amongst others. Alongside this there is a pension scheme, life annuity, employee assistance programme and a performance based bonus scheme.
