Now being offered more widely following Covid, but staff who require this for family/health reasons are still made to feel less than adequate compared to those who prefer 9-5 routine.

Another great benefit that allows you to adjust your hours as long as you work the core hours between 10am-4pm you can choose start and finish time to make up your hours. However you can go 1 step further and apply formally for flexible working and change your hours completely, I do 4 long days and 1 short.

In theory, working from home is allowed, but in practice it is very difficult to get agreement to it, even with a medical certificate and where there is no good business reason to refuse.
