Pay is boosted by a "travel allowance" which is just another £5k per year Good pension contribution Bare minimum paternity offering Gym was removed as a cost saving measure
Secret pay bands and opaque pay structure
Best - They have one. Worst - They do not payout if you meet or exceed your objectives. Generally there is no relation to size of bonus and performance. Therefore it discourages going the extra mile.
Rough package - could be much better
They're good benefits. Health, and pension scheme are decent
the best is the training which is delivered by senior members of PA and you get to meet people from different offices at the same time the package delivered is fairly basic and bonuses don't pay out well either
The best thing is the pension scheme, it is a pretty good scheme compared to others out there. The health care is a bit limited with a restricted/ paid for only dental scheme.
Unfortunately not correlated to merit
Great package and good health insurance
Reasonably accommodating of flex work, although there are some inconsistencies across the various Practices. Company Doctor is fab. 1 extra day holiday after 10 years in tge Company: great? Well not really you only get it for a year... gimmick!
