They're good benefits. Health, and pension scheme are decent
the best is the training which is delivered by senior members of PA and you get to meet people from different offices at the same time the package delivered is fairly basic and bonuses don't pay out well either
The best thing is the pension scheme, it is a pretty good scheme compared to others out there. The health care is a bit limited with a restricted/ paid for only dental scheme.
Unfortunately not correlated to merit
Great package and good health insurance
Reasonably accommodating of flex work, although there are some inconsistencies across the various Practices. Company Doctor is fab. 1 extra day holiday after 10 years in tge Company: great? Well not really you only get it for a year... gimmick!
Best thing - bonus is substantial. Worst thing - bonus dependent on many factors outside your control.
They don't cover for glasses, only eye tests
Good pension, potentially lucrative opportunity to get bonus delivered as shares and share options which could build up over time as well as delivering reasonable although not spectacular dividends.
The best thing is the bonus and the worst thing is the life insurance
