Good salary, bonuses can be pretty large during good years. Travel Allowance is effectively just an addition to your salary.

Bonus allocation is unfair and lacks transparency. Value of bonus expectations are over emphasised during recruitment. Bonus is principally based on utilisation and Utilisation is principally driven by internal networks. Internal networks = conscious and unconscious bias in selection for work. 2020 was a great year for PA, however significant dissatisfaction for many people with bonus payments across the firm. A great deal of work to do in building transparency and fairness.
