‘Payment when you are off sick in full ’
‘Performance bonus is generous and fair. Work hard, and you will be rewarded’
‘Brilliant healthcare cover, best I've seen through employment’
Great private health insurance, pension, annual leave, and bonus! Also share options
Generous pension, share scheme, PHI and PMI, sickness days, bonus scheme
Good overall benefits for a small company
Private healthcare with AXA is the best I've used through employer, extends to whole family with no additional charges and the cover is excellent
Private healthcare is very good as well as bonuses. Not much in the way of independent training.
Share purchase and share options scheme was excellent, as was the car allowance, and bonus scheme. Between them they made the overall package excellent
The benefits are very average, with average leave, average medical cover and a poor pension scheme. The offices are overcrowded and stuck in the dark ages with outdated dress codes.
Private health cover is comprehensive (in the UK) and includes access to private GP via app, mental health support and physio. Lots of comments below mention 6 month paid sick leave. This was true in the past, but is no longer. It is now 60 days.
private health insurance is decent
PA provide option of 6 weeks holiday and a 6 month sabbatical which is good
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
