PAREXEL values its employees and offers competitive benefits worldwide according to local market practice.
I use the Simplyhealth benefit which has covered my chiropractor, dental and optical costs; as well as a yearly health check. PAREXEL discounts I have found useful to save a bit on those everyday items and things i.e. Curry's, Argos, B&Q, virgin, theatre tickets etc. The percentage vary but every little helps. Having worked her for some time I have extra holiday times (1 days for 5 years) for length of service and also received reward points which I turned into amazon vouchers about £100.
pretty good package and you can increase various covers/options by using your baseline salary. Pension could be better
Flexible benefit pot to spend as you wish. Default choices include health cash plan, long term disability cover. Many other benefits, plus ability to buy holiday.
Health insurance, various cancer-screens, dental insurance. Possibility to buy holidays. Employer Supplemented pension. Various saving schemes And vouchers.vouch rd Childcare vouchers
The best thing is we have a flexible pot so you can customise to your needs and age e.g. Adjust dental, healthcare, buy more holiday etc. There are no worst bits although car allowance may not be as competitive as others
The benefits package is very solid, it's very ample in what it offers and easy to configure.
Great package and multiple retailer discounts offered. Benefits include health, dentist, pension, travel, gym. Probably the best package available
Flexible benefit choices to suit
The benefits include Dental, Medical, Life insurance ect. Most benefits are subtracted from certain allocated amount. some benefits are chosen for you, and if you want to select alternatives the money will come out of your salary.
The organisation was very profitable, but minimal benefits were offered. An annual bonus was promised at interview stage but never materialised for any of my colleagues during my 2 years there.
