Good pension: flexible contributions (sliding scale), maximum employer contribution is generous compared to other CROs. There are other perks such as private healthcare, pension plan is probably the most valuable of these.

Reasonable holiday allowance but very good benefits such as private healthcare, life assurance, critical illness cover, pension contributions and childcare vouchers.

There was nothing special , core benefits, minimum pension contribution. Bare minimum, not competitive. Some Gourmet Club cards etc. Poor effort. No sick entitlement during probation , nor notice period.

Benefits at PPD are similar to other big CROs. Benefits package is ok, you have to cover the majority of of the perks yourself, f.e. Private health insurance, dental service, gym, etc. Employer pension contribution is good.
