Unlimited holidays and wellbeing points to spend on whatever you would like
Team lunches, health insurance w/ gym membership, flexible & remote working.
Best - Unlimited holidays, sick leave, etc. Remote work, flexible hours. Shares, pension, etc. WFH stipend (with top-ups), personal development budget. Latest equipment, regularly updated (Macs/MacBooks/PCs). Bike to work, etc. Discounts on 'fancy' gyms. Free breakfasts and lunches. Drinks too if you drink. Worst - Healthcare package could be more extensive/inclusive.
Unlimited holiday is definitely the best benefit but in addition to that they also offer a wide range of other perks. Not exceptional package but ok.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
Great culture, fast growth with a lot of opportunities to push your development.
Great benefits. Flexible work. Good values.
They have matched the paternity leave.
